Record Your Food/Beverage Intake Breakfast

Eat a Breakfast that  gives you energy.  trimcards is not an advocate for eating Breakfast like a King unless you do a late breakfast on a weekend or on vacation and are not planning to eat again until dinner  or not at all every your Breakfast Feast .. trimcards stay fit  Breakfast tip for Weight  Management.. cup of coffee Black, ( 1)  piece of toast or 1/2 English Muffin with  I pad of butter, I spoonful of jam or peanut butter or both,  that should hold you over till lunch 

Record Your Food /Beverage Intake Lunch

Ok It's lunchtime yabba dabba do ..trimcards suggests how about an apple, orange,  peach or banana  with a small bag of Trail mix  and Bottled water and Coffee .. Skip the Cheeseburger, Fries and Coke  you can treat yourself with a McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy or  In-N-Out Burger every so often but try to avoid Fast Food as a daily habit . You will feel better and probably make losing weight quicker if you skip the fries and milkshakes. Tip If you do order a hamburger don't eat the bun  or eat 1/2 the bun and order extra pickles, skip the fries, sugary soft drink. Drink bottled  water instead 

Record Your Food /Beverage Intake Dinner

The less you eat at dinner the better and it will be easy to record what you eat ... trimcards Dinner Tips. Eat Salads with Protein added.  Try to avoid eating late at night Best to knock off Dinner before 8pm or at least 3 hours before bedtime. 

Record Your Snacks and Beverages between meals

Yes to manage your weight or lose weight you have to record everything about your health eating habits and make changes if you want to lose weight 

Record Your Body Composition % Fat and % Fat Goal

Time to get off the couch and walk,ride, run or take up bowling, golf you get the picture. Chess is not an option unless you play chess after walking at least 30 minute a day  

Keep Score Daily by adding up your Calories

Scatter your calories over 3 meals and snacks, don't blow all your Calories consumed  for the day on one meal that is unless your going to an Italian wedding, Company Potluck, Super Bowl Party or any occasion where Food and drink  will be plentiful .. You get the Picture
