The Idea for trimcards was formulated in 1974 while I was Freshman college student at the time in Rochester, NY majoring in Printing Management. During my time at R.I.T, I developed the daily habit of writing things I needed to do on a blank filecard. Daily Goals, Exercise schedules and eating habits were all recorded. The daily practice of writing things down became habit forming and effective.
I was able to maintain my exercise schedule in addition to developing proper lifelong eating habits by analyzing what foods in proper amounts were best for my system and exercise program. I continued to utilize the filecards after graduating from college in 1977 from California State University Los Angeles the city where I was born in 1955. I decided to market trimcards which I named healthy habits dieters filecards in 1982. The name of the product was changed to trimcards in 2002.
Today trimcards our printed product (no batteries required ) is distributed nationwide through JBGmg based in La Quinta, CA.

1. Use trimcards daily
2. Don't overeat.. we all do!
3. Walk or do some Exercise daily
4. Weigh Yourself and set a weight goal
5. Drink Water, skip the Sodas and Drinks with Sugar
6. Know what foods are compatible with your unique digestive system.
7. Fast at least 2X a week maybe for 12 hours skip a meal breakfast or lunch
8. You are what you eat.. Yes we all love Sausage, Bacon, Fried Chicken, Hamburgers with the works, Fast Food and French Fries but try to not make those foods your go to.
9. Eat more fruit, grains, vegetables and lean meats or fish in small amounts and if you drink Alcohol drink in moderation.
10. Prayer daily for guidance in meal selection, maintaining healthy habits and give thanks daily to the Lord the maker of all things for everything under the Sun.
